Pursuant to provisions of Administrative Order 20-MC-04-11, In the matter of the
Establishment of the Committee on the Local Criminal Rules and Appointment of Committee
Members,
IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Laura N. Fashing is reappointed as the Chair of the
Committee on the Local Criminal Rules for the District of New Mexico, nunc pro tunc,
beginning on January 01, 2021 and ending December 31, 2024. Judge Fashing will serve a three
(3) year term and is authorized to direct the work of the Committee and make assignments to
members.
