ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Inasmuch as the position of Clerk of Court for the District of New Mexico is vacant, and
with the concurrence of the active Article III Judges in the District, this Administrative Order is
entered for the Court.
IT IS ORDERED that, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 954, Mitchell R. Elfers is hereby
designated as acting Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico,
effective April 25, 2018, and will continue in that capacity until the vacancy is filled or otherwise
ordered by the Court. In this capacity, Mitchell R. Elfers will perform all duties and will assume
the responsibilities of the Clerk of Court.
