U.S. COURTHOUSE IN LAS CRUCES 20-MC-00004-28
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the United States Courthouse in Las Cruces, New
Mexico will be closed at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2020 through Tuesday, July 21, 2020 for
cleaning due to a court patron recently testing positive for COVID-19.
The decision to close the courthouse has been made to ensure the safety and health of all.
The courthouse will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with CDC guidance,
building operation and cleaning protocols of the General Services Administration (GSA), and
COVID-19 protocols of the Federal Judiciary.
The courthouse will reopen on Wednesday, July 22, 2020.
