ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Pete V. Domenici United States Courthouse in
Albuquerque, New Mexico will be closed on Thursday and Friday, April 16 and 17, 2020 for
cleaning due to a court patron recently testing positive for COVID-19.
The decision to close the courthouse has been made to ensure the safety and health of all.
The courthouse will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with CDC guidance,
building operation and cleaning protocols of the General Services Administration (GSA), and
COVID-19 protocols of the Federal Judiciary.
The courthouse will reopen on Monday, April 20, 2020.
