ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 631 (b)(5) of Title 28, United States Code, with the
concurrence of the Article III judges in the District, this Administrative Order is entered for the
Court.
IT IS ORDERED that the following attorney is reappointed as Chair to the Court’s
Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for an additional two-years expiring on December 31,
2021;
Mark T. Baker
Administrative Order 18-MC-00004-45 reappointed Mark Baker as Chair to the Court’s
Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for a one-year term expiring on December 31, 2019. This
Administrative Order is extending that one-year term for two more years so that Mark Baker will
serve a full three-year term.
All other appointments remain unchanged. All members appointed under this order have
received written notice of the one-year restriction against former merit selection panel members
applying for a magistrate judge position (pursuant to the Guide to Judiciary Policy, Volume 3,
Chapter 4, § 420.30.20(d)).
