entered for the Court.
Under the authority of 28 U.S.C. § 2071, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and
Rule 57 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure,
IT IS ORDERED that amendments to D.N.M.LR-CR. 57.4 of the Local Rules of Criminal
Procedure governing practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, as
adopted December 1, 2009 with subsequent amendments, are hereby adopted and will become effective
upon filing.
