IT IS ORDERED that amendments to D.N.M.LR-Civ. 1.5 (b), 3.1, 4.1, 5.1, 5.2, 7.3 (b), 7.5, 7.6,
7.8, 10.5, 16.1, 16.3 (r), 26.1 (a), 26.3 (b), 54.5. 56.1, 67.1 (b), 73.1 (b), 73.2 (b), 73.4, 83.2 (a), 83.10 (a),
and Local Forms 1 & 2 of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure governing practice in the United States
District Court for the District of New Mexico are hereby adopted, and will become effective upon filing.
