IN THE MATTER OF:
COURT CLOSURE 25-MC-00004-21
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
WHEREAS, the number of staff reporting to work the Friday after the Thanksgiving holiday is
historically minimal,
WHEREAS, December 26th, the day after Christmas, falls on a Friday this year, and it is
assumed the number of staff at work will also be minimal, and
WHEREAS, it is not economical to maintain building operations with so few staff reporting to
work,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the U.S. District Comt for the District of New Mexico, the
U.S Bankruptcy Com1, and U.S Probation and Pretrial Services Office shall close on Friday, November
28, 2025 and Friday, December 26, 2025. The Court will reopen on Monday after each Holiday weekend.
