The Court withdraws the Orders entered on January 15, 2019, Misc. Nos. 19-mc-00004-03
and 18-mc-00035-04, concerning the matter addressing and extending the Stay of Civil Cases
Involving the United States. Pursuant to Paragraph 8 of the Orders, the Court has been informed
that appropriations have been restored to the Department of Justice, and the Court hereby rescinds
the stay orders.
