PETE V. DOMENICI U.S. COURTHOUSE 22-MC-00004-31
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Based on the recommendation of the U.S. Marshal for the District of New Mexico that the Pete V.
Domenici U.S. Courthouse close early due to planned protests around or near the Courthouse around 4:00
pm, MST, which has local law enforcement preparing for street closures and large crowds;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Pete V. Domenici U.S. Courthouse shall close at 4:00
pm on Friday, June 24, 2022. Courthouse personnel should plan on leaving the building at or before 4:00 pm
and said personnel should avoid entering the Courthouse for safety reasons until the Courthouse reopens on
Monday morning, June 27, 2022.
