ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
With the concurrence of the Article III Judges in the District, this Administrative Order is
entered for the Court. Due to the retirement of Margaret M. Vigil, the Court has selected a
replacement United States District Court Chief of Probation Officer, therefore
IT IS ORDERED that, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 3602, Ron Travers is hereby
appointed as Chief Probation Officer of the United States District Court for the District of New
Mexico, effective on July 1, 2021 and will continue in that office until replaced by the Court. In
this capacity, Ron Travers will perform all duties and will assume the responsibilities of the
Chief Probation Officer.
