ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
With the concurrence of all active Article III Judges in the District, this Administrative
Order is entered for the Court. Due to a vacancy in the position, the Court has selected a United
States District Court Clerk, therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 751, Mitchell R. Elfers is hereby
appointed as Clerk of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, effective on
February 4, 2019, and will continue in that office until replaced by the Court. In this capacity,
Mitchell R. Elfers will perform all duties and will assume the responsibilities of the Clerk of Court.
