PETE V. DOMENICI U.S. COURTHOUSE 25-MC-00004-19
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
WHEREAS, the U.S. Marshal for the District of New Mexico has recommended the early
closure of the Pete V. Domenici U.S. Courthouse due to a planned protest around or near the Courthouse
at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 20, 2025, which has local law enforcement preparing for street closures and
large crowds.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Pete V. Domenici U.S. Courthouse shall close at 1:00 pm
on Friday, June 20, 2025. Courthouse tenants should vacate the building by 1:00 pm and avoid entering
the courthouse for safety reasons until the courthouse reopens on Monday morning, June 23, 2025.
