ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Pursuant to Volume 6, Chapter 5, Sections 530.10(b) and 530.25(a) of the Guide to
Judiciary Policy, the Court hereby adopts the prevailing transcript maximum rates as established
by the Judicial Conference of the United States. The transcript maximum rates are posted on the
USCourts.gov website at https://www.uscourts.gov/services-forms/federal-court-reporting-
program. They are also available through our local website at nmd.uscourts.gov.
Further, the Clerk is directed to post a schedule of the prescribed fees prominently in the
Clerk’s Office.
Finally, this Order supersedes Administrative Order 86-443, filed April 1, 2003.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
