Under the authority of 28 U.S.C. § 2071, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and
Rule 57 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure,
IT IS ORDERED that amendments to D.N.M.LR-CR. 32 of the Local Rules of Criminal
Procedure governing practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico are
hereby adopted, and will become effective upon filing.
