ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
THIS MATTER comes before the Court pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3006A and § 5 of the CJA
Plan for the District of New Mexico adopted by the Court in 2015.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that for the following listed attorneys appointed to the General
Felony Panel, the Complex Case Panel, the Appeal and Habeas Corpus Panel, and/or the Auxiliary
Panel whose membership terms expire on December 31, 2018, those membership terms are
extended for ninety (90) days, i.e., until March 31, 2019. All other provisions of the previously
entered Order Establishing CJA Panel of Attorneys, 17-MC-00004 (Doc. 31) remain in effect.
