90 days from 120 days;

ORDERED that:
The amended time period for effecting service under Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m) shall apply to all
cases filed on or after December 1,2015, to the extent practicable, unless otherwise ordered by the
assigned judge;
This amendment to Fed. R. P. 4(m) shall not apply to cases already pending as of
I)ecember 1.2015, unless otherwise ordered by the assigned judge.
