Effective December 1, 2025 Nebraska Criminal Rules
The free press-fair trial guidelines applicable in criminal cases are set out in
Nebraska General Rule 1.7(c), and the "Revised Free Press-Fair Trial Guidelines
of the Judicial Conference of the United States - 1980: Recommendation Relating
to the Release of Information by Attorneys in Criminal Cases," published at 87
F.R.D. 518, 525 (Sept. 25, 1980).
