(a) Certificate of Service.
When serving disclosures under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(1)
and (2), the disclosing party must electronically file a certificate of service.
(b) Service by E-Mail or Fax.
To the extent practicable and if all parties agree, Rule 26(a)(1) and (2)
disclosures may be served by e-mail or fax.
