The Judicial Conference of the United States Courts has authorized new transcript fee rates.
The District of North Dakota adopts these rates as the appropriate fee to be charged for the
production and delivery of transcripts by court reporters in this District. A copy of the fee schedule
is attached. The new transcript fee rate shall be effective immediately and remain in place until such
time as the Judicial Conference authorizes a rate change.
