On July 16, 2020, the court ordered that certain procedures be followed in felony
criminal cases in this district. See Standing Order 20-S0-10. The court further ordered that
these procedures remain in effect through September 30, 2020, unless extended. Id. Having
concluded that such procedures will continue to promote efficiency and judicial economy in

felony criminal cases in this district whereupon a defendant has pleaded guilty, the court
hereby extends Standing Order 20-S0-10 in its entirety. Unless extended, this Standing Order
will remain in effect through December 29, 2020, and will then expire.
