Pursuant to the authorization of the Judicial Conference of the United States at its
September 2022 meeting, and Volume VI, Chapter 5 of the Guide to Judiciary Policy, the United
States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina adopts, for all transcripts ordered
on or after October 1, 2023, the Schedule for Maximum Transcript Rates set forth in the attached
Table A. For all transcripts ordered on or after October 1, 2024, the United States District Court
for the Eastern District of North Carolina adopts the Schedule for Maximum Transcript Rates set
forth in Table B. The Clerk is directed to publish and maintain this stan_ding order on the court' s
website.
