In re: Reappointment of United States STANDING ORDER No. BMM-31

In accordance with the selection and appointment procedures prescribed in
the Federal Magistrates Act of 1968 (as amended), 28 U.S.C. §§ 631 et seq., and
the regulations promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States under
authority of 28 U.S.C. § 631(b)(5),
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Timothy J. Cavan is reappointed to a new
eight-year term as United States Magistrate Judge, with a duty station of Billings,
Montana, to begin December 1, 2024.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Standing Order DLC-29 is withdrawn as
superseded by this Order.
