IN RE: AMENDMENTS TO LOCAL
RULES OF PROCEDURE. STANDING ORDER BMM-42
Following the recommendations of the Local Rules Committee for the
District of Montana and a 30-day period for public comment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The attached amendments to the Local Rules of Procedure for the United
States District Court for the District of Montana are adopted, effective December
1, 2025.
2. The clerk of court is directed to post this order on the court’s public
website, and to notify the judicial officers of this district and the Local Rules
Committee of the entry of this order.
