Administrative Order
The Committee on Court Administration and Case Management (CACM) is responsible
for making recommendations to the Judicial Conference regarding the miscellaneous fee
schedules for the judiciary. The District Court adopts the approved fees consistent with the rates
approved by the Judicial Conference.
The Court orders that the Miscellaneous Fee Schedule appended to this Order is adopted by
the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
