The above case is presently assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney. This Defendant
was also sentenced by the Honorable Gordon J. Quist in United States of America v. John Edward
Barnes, Case No. 1:00-cr-217. Defendant received custodial sentences followed by a term of
supervised release in both cases.
With the consent of both Judge Quist and Judge Maloney, this case shall be reassigned to
Judge Quist under W.D. Mich. LCrimR. 56.5.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
