WHEREAS the above case, assigned to the undersigned, involves the same defendant as
another case in this district, Case No. 1:96-cr-162, assigned to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker, and
both Article III Judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve judicial
resources, the above case shall be REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker, pursuant to W.D. Mich.
LCrR 56.5(a).
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
