Thomas Vitrano, which has been assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff.
WHEREAS, with the consent of both Judges Maloney and Judge Neff, Case No. 1:20-PT-19
is reassigned to Judge Neff pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment of cognate
cases.
