WHEREAS, Senior District Judge Janet T. Neff has requested an amendment to the case
draw;
AND WHEREAS, the Judges of this Court have approved a plan for assignment of civil
and criminal cases;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
Effective April 17, 2023, the Civil and Criminal Case Draw is hereby amended, and filings
shall be assigned according to the following allocations:
A. Civil Cases:
Judge Jarbou 19%
Judge Jonker 27%
Judge Maloney 27%
Judge Beckering 27%
B. Criminal Cases:
Judge Jarbou 16%
Judge Jonker 21%
Judge Maloney 21%
Judge Beckering 21%
Judge Neff 21%
