ORDER
Movant was suspended from practice by the Indiana Supreme Court, effective June 23,
2023, prohibiting him from practicing law in Indiana for 120 days, effective immediately, with 60
days actively served and the remainder stayed subject to completion of at least one year of
probation. Based on this Court’s Local Rules governing attorney discipline, Movant was
automatically suspended from the practice of law in this Court. He moves for reinstatement of the
privilege of practicing law in this Court, advising that he has completed his 60-day suspension and
has been reinstated to practice law in Indiana on a probationary status.
Under Local General Rule, 2.3(b)(v), the undersigned may reinstate an attorney when the
original suspension was based on reciprocal discipline, and when the originating jurisdiction has
reinstated the attorney. That has happened here and the undersigned believes reinstatement is
appropriate. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that Guerino John Cento (IN215749) be and hereby is REINSTATED to
the practice of law before this Court.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall serve a copy of this order
upon Attorney Guerino John Cento at his last known address.
