WHEREAS, the above case is closely related with other cases in this district involving
Donald Newberne., the earliest filed case being, Case No. 1:20-CV-820, Newberne v. Niagara
Central Revenue, Inc., et al., which has been assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney,
WHEREAS, with the consent of both Judges Neff and Judge Maloney, Case No.
1:20-CV-822 is reassigned to the Judge Maloney pursuant to the approved procedure for
reassignment of cognate cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens shall be the magistrate
judge assigned for both cases.
