ORDER
This Court suspended Movant’s ability to practice law in this Court on December 11, 2017.
See Admin. Order 17-AD-131. This was based on Movant’s suspension (by consent) from the
State Bar of Michigan. Movant has been reinstated to the State Bar of Michigan by Order dated
January 17, 2020, subject to a series of conditions in effect through January 17, 2022. She moves
for reinstatement to the bar of this Court.
Under Local General Rule, 2.3(b)(v), the Undersigned may reinstate an attorney when the
original suspension was based on reciprocal discipline, and when the originating jurisdiction has
reinstated the attorney. That has happened here and the Undersigned believes reinstatement is
appropriate here subject to Movant’s continued compliance with the conditions imposed by the
Michigan Attorney Discipline Board.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
