WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has found that the above-styled case is a
“subsequent proceeding” to Sifuentes v. Prelesnik, Case No. 1:03-cv-0637, see W.D. MICH.
LCIVR. 3.3.1(d)(ii), and
WHEREAS Judge Paul L. Maloney was assigned to Case No. 1:03-cv-0637, and
WHEREAS Judges Hala J. Jarbou and Paul Maloney have consented to the reassignment
of Case No. 1:24-cv-0934 to Judge Maloney, and
WHEREAS Chief Judge Jarbou has concluded that the Case No. 1:24-cv-0934 should be
reassigned to Judge Maloney.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign David Sifuentes v.
John Prelesnik, Case No. 1:24-cv-0934, to Judge Maloney.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the above-styled case.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
