WHEREAS on August 10, 2007, then Chief Judge Robert Holmes Bell entered
Administrative Order No. 07-093, regarding the Automatic Judicial Disqualification of Judge Robert
J. Jonker from all cases involving the law firm of Warner, Norcross and Judd, and
WHEREAS, Judge Jonker has served as a District Judge for more than two years and the
Judges of the Court concur with his request that the prior Order be rescinded,
NOW THEREFORE, Administrative Order No. 07-093 is rescinded effective immediately.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
