WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined that Case No. 1:23-cv-409,
Obaseki, et al. v. Rose Lake, LLC, et al., assigned to District Judge Paul L. Maloney and Magistrate
Judge Ray Kent, and Case No. 1:23-cv-437, Obaseki, et al v. 63rd District Court, assigned to
District Judge Paul L. Maloney and Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green, are related;
WHEREAS the underside has concluded the latter case should be reassigned under W.D.
Mich LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii);
WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Green has consented to its reassignment,
IT IS ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve judicial
resources, the referral judge in Case No. 1:23-cv-437 shall be REASSIGNED to Magistrate Judge
Ray Kent, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
