WHEREAS, Case No. 1:22-cv-539 was assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney,
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that for reasons of judicial economy
under W.D. Mich LCivR 3.3.(b)(iii) and W.D. Mich. LCrR 56.5(a)(iv), this case is reassigned to
the Honorable Robert J. Jonker for all further proceedings, pursuant to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign another case to the
Honorable Paul L. Maloney to take the place of this one.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
