WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined that Case No. 1:23-cv-180,
AdvisaCare Home Healthcare Solutions, Inc. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance
Company, et al, currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, is related to Case No. 1:22-cv-1093,
Professional Rehabilitation Services, Inc., et al v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance
Company, et al., assigned to Judge Robert J. Jonker, and both district judges having consented to
its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:23-cv-180 is REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judge Berens shall be the assigned magistrate judge
in Case No. 1:23-cv-180.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Paul L.
Maloney, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
