WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined that the cases Wierckz v.
Greenstate Credit Union, Case No. 1:25-cv-547-PLM-SJB; and Wierckz v. Greenstate Credit
Union, Case No. 1:26-cv-1849-HYJ-SJB, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(i);
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Berens has recommended that Case No. 1:26-cv-1849 be
assigned to Judge Maloney, who is assigned to the earliest-filed case;
WHEREAS Judges Jarbou and Maloney have consented to the reassignment;
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:26-cv-1849 to
Judge Maloney.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
