WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat has determined Case No. 2:25-cv-154,
Holman #473131 v. Ballard, currently assigned to the undersigned, is a re-filing of Case No. 2:23-
cv-56, Holman #473131 v. Ballard, et al., assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, and both district
judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 2:25-cv-154 is REASSIGNED to Judge Maloney, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
