WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has reviewed Case Nos. 1:20-CV-523, One
Ethanol, LLC v. Box Science, LLC, and 1:21-CV-874, One Ethanol, LLC v. Box Science, LLC, and
has determined that to promote “judicial economy” these cases should be assigned to one judge.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:21-CV-874 shall be REASSIGNED from the Honorable Paul L.
Maloney to the Honorable Hala Y. Jarbou. Both Judges Maloney and Jarbou have approved the
reassignment, and the undersigned has concluded that the case should be reassigned under Local
Civil Rule 3.3.2(b)(iii):
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that referrals in the above case shall be assigned to
Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in Case No. 1:21-CV-874.
