WHEREAS the above case, assigned to the Honorable Hala Y. Jarbou, involves the same
defendant as another case in this district, Case No. 1:21-cr-153, assigned to the Honorable Paul L.
Maloney, and with the consent of both Judge Jarbou and Judge Maloney, the undersigned has
concluded that the case should be reassigned under W.D. Mich. LCrR. 56.5(a)(iv) for reasons of
judicial economy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above case to the
Honorable Paul L. Maloney, in accordance with the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
