WHEREAS, the pending cases identified in the attached list are currently referred to
Magistrate Judges Phillip J. Green, Ray Kent and Sally J. Berens, or these Magistrate Judges are
designated as available to assist the District Judge that is presiding in the case; and
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2024, the court made a change to the civil case draw impacting
the assignment of new cases among the magistrate judges; and
WHEREAS, furtherance of the desired distribution of civil cases among the magistrate
judges requires reassignment of pending civil cases to Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
Effective immediately, the pending civil cases identified in the attached list are hereby
reassigned from Magistrate Judges Green, Kent and Berens to Magistrate Judge Vermaat.
