WHEREAS, the above prisoner civil rights case was inadvertently assigned a Northern
Division case number;
WHEREAS, the action arose at the Earnest C. Brooks Correctional Facility, located in
Muskegon County, a Southern Division case number should have been assigned;
WHEREAS, for statistical accounting purposes the Northern Division case number 2:23-
cv-43, cannot be re-used;
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk shall transfer this case to the next available Southern
Division case number.
