Administrative Order 08-074 was entered on May 20, 2008, regarding post-judgment
matters filed in both civil and criminal cases assigned to Judge Richard Alan Enslen. This
Administrative Order shall supersede 08-074;
WHEREAS, Judge Enslen continues to be unavailable to conclude post-judgment
proceedings in both civil and criminal cases;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that post-judgment proceedings in both civil and criminal
cases assigned to Judge Enslen, as well as all proceedings on remand from the Court of Appeals,
or any other matter requiring judicial action shall be automatically reassigned to Chief Judge
Paul L. Maloney.
