WHEREAS, Honorable Paul L. Maloney, has been assigned Case Nos. 1:19-CV-546,
2 Crooked Creek LLC, et al .v. Anderson, and 2:19-CV-218, O’Connor v. Chatfield, et al., as
cognate cases.
WHEREAS, in the interest of judicial economy these cases should be assigned to a single
Magistrate Judge for any referral matters.
IT IS ORDERED THAT Case Nos. 1:19-CV-546 and 2:19-CV-218 shall be reassigned
to the Honorable Phillip J. Green as the assigned magistrate judge on these cognate cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the cases referenced herein.
