WHEREAS, On May 13, 2020, Magistrate Judge Ray Kent issued a Memorandum
finding the above matter was a cognate case to Hahn v. Gretchen E. Whitmer, et al., Case no.
1:20-CV-403, a case assigned to the undersigned;
WHEREAS, with the consent of both assigned Article III Judges, Case No. 1:20-CV-411
is reassigned to the undersigned pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment of cognate
cases;
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Kent shall be the Magistrate Judge assigned to Case No.
1:20-CV-411.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case.
