WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined that the cases Margaret Thomas
v. Cerner Corporation and Munson Healthcare, Case No. 1:26-cv-331-HYJ-RSK; Terri Gerhart
v. Munson Healthcare, Case No. 1:26-cv-775-JMB-MV; and Judith Koegler v. Munson
Healthcare, Case No. 1:26-cv-803-HYJ-RSK, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d);
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Kent has recommended that all three cases be assigned to
the undersigned, who is assigned to the earliest-filed case;
WHEREAS Judges Jarbou and Beckering have consented to the reassignment of Case
No. 1:26-cv-775 to the undersigned;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:26-cv-
775 to the undersigned.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Beckering,
according to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN the referral judge
in Case Nos. 1:26-cv-775 to Magistrate Judge Kent.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
