WHEREAS Case No. 1:22-cv-646, Bantien, et al. v. Zurich American Insurance Company,
assigned to the Hon. Jane M. Beckering, is a refiling of Case No. 1:21-cv-537, Bantien, et al. v.
Zurich American Insurance Company, which was assigned to the Hon. Robert J. Jonker and
dismissed without prejudice, and
WHEREAS both Article III Judges have consented to the reassignment of the above case,
and the undersigned has concluded that the above case should be reassigned to the Hon. Robert J.
Jonker under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(i), and W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(b) for reasons of
judicial economy,
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above case to the Hon. Robert
J. Jonker under the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Ray Kent shall be the assigned
magistrate in this case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
