At its January 2024 meeting, the VFM/ADR Advisory Committee reviewed the VFM
panelists’ ongoing interests and qualifications, as required by the Court’s Program Description.
The Committee has provided its recommendation to the Court for the removal, resignation,
certification, and recertification of Facilitative Mediators. All affected persons have received notice
of the Committee’s recommendations.
Accordingly, the Court adopts the recommendation of the Committee, effective January 1,
2024.
IT IS ORDERED that, for the period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024:
A. Brian D. Wassom, Elizabeth W. Skaggs, and Timothy F. Sheridan be added to the
panel; and
B. the remainder of the Court’s Facilitative Mediators having met the requirements for
recertification, be recertified.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Thomas M. Wardrop and Raymond J. O’Dea, having
resigned, be removed from the panel.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
