WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Ellen S. Carmody previously determined that Case
No. 1:16-cr-37, USA v. Gibson, et al., was related to Case No. 1:16-cr-84, USA v. Gibson;
WHEREAS, the Honorable Jane M. Beckering recused herself from Case No. 1:16-cr-37;
WHEREAS, Case No. 1:16-cr-37 is assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney;
WHEREAS, Case No. 1:16-cr-84 was recently reassigned to Judge Beckering; and
WHEREAS, Judge Maloney has consented to Case No. 1:16-cr-84 being reassigned to
him;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, under W.D. Mich. LCrR 56.5(a), Case No. 1:16-cr-84,
USA v. Gibson, is REASSIGNED to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
